Refund Policy for A-Capital Course's & Mentorship Program
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for enrollment in A-Capital trading course and any subsequent mentorship services. By enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment grants immediate access to all course materials, including digital lessons, resources, and proprietary tools.
Course fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Mentorship Sessions
Mentorship sessions are scheduled individually based on mutual availability and require dedicated preparation time.
If a client is unavailable for a scheduled session, no refund or credit will be issued. Rescheduling is permitted only with at least 24 hours’ prior notice, subject to mentor availability.
In the unlikely event the mentor is unavailable, affected sessions will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund for the affected session(s) will be issued.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests for course enrollment must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase and may only be considered if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
Mentorship fees are subject to the terms in Section 2 and are generally non-refundable once sessions are scheduled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Any payments for additional course materials, proprietary resources, or other optional add-ons are non-refundable.
5. Termination of Participation
The program may be terminated by either party in writing. Any partial refund is at the sole discretion of the program administrator and will be calculated based on sessions not yet delivered.
6. Agreement Acknowledgment
Enrollment in the course and/or mentorship constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy in full.
